Ok, so if you don’t already know, I’ have two little ladies. They are Irish Twins, one is a little strawberry blonde and the other has adorable glasses that match her sassy spirit. There is nothing I love more about owning a Family Portrait Boutique than the ability to capture amazing moments of my little ladies and the amazing sisters bond they share.

My Little Ladies & Sisters Bond

Sometimes you see them and sometimes you don’t. So here’s the honest truth, I have struggled with wether or not to post their images or hang them in the studio. First, don’t we all think our kids are literally the cutest. But also because they aren’t the only ones that are in the studio, I don’t want you to get sick of seeing the same kids, mine.

If you haven’t noticed, you will start to see them more often because I decided to share more of myself and that means sharing more of my little ladies and their amazing sisters bond. Every family is unique, we say it all the time, almost like a mantra. A family’s origin story is unique. My ladies were born after 10 years of not thinking we could have healthy children and two miscarriages. There are so many different ways to start a family and there are so many ways to define a family. I’m one of four sisters and have an amazing bond with my family. I’m so lucky that my Irish twins are inseparable. Literally, we tired and they’d sneak into the others room to sleep (they were 3 and 4). Every family’s story is unique. And I want to share my journey.

My journey is so intertwined with Ivory Tree Family Portrait Boutique, I felt it only fair to start sharing myself with you. I’m the one who answers the phone when you call to book your session and offers you coffee and cookies when you pop in. So I want to share my little ladies with you, too.

My Old Soul

My oldest is Caitie, an 8 year old in third grade. She loves anything Marvel relates, especially Captain Marvel because who doesn’t love a super hero that’s a powerful girl! She dances ballet and kicks ass at karate. But really loves to draw and create her own stories. She’s imaginative, sweet, incredibly caring and quietly funny. She’s my sweet.

My Spirit Animal

While, Lorelai is my youngest is 7, a second grader. She loves unicorns, sparkles, and anything pink. She also dances ballet and breaks boards at karate. But she really loves to cook with her Daddy and horse back riding. She’s bold and engaging, helpful, considerate and the life of the party. She’s my sassy.

My Sweet and Sassy are never better than when they’re together, they have an incredible bond that you can see in every interaction, every photo. It’s kinda amazing to watch. They’re just beginning their story and their sisters bond, I can’t wait to see who they become.
